Per school: configuration, bounded data migration, administrator training and launch assistance. Additional migration, travel or custom development requires a separate agreement.
Existing subscribers receive a 10% growth allowance. Current paid pricing and operations remain unchanged; any eligible change applies at renewal after a fresh enrollment census. Annual checkout requires an explicitly approved annual price.
An estimate, not an invoice. Pricing version newpricing-2026-11-06. Applicants, withdrawn, alumni and archived records are excluded. The growth allowance does not reduce a new school's initial plan.
